Bromelain is a proteolytic (protein digesting) enzyme derived from the pineapple plant.* It is functional throughout a wide pH range and does not lose its activity as it goes through the acidic environment of the stomach.* Scientific studies indicate that Bromelain is highly bioavailable and may help to alleviate normal transient pain and discomfort associated with occasional overuse.* This product has 500 mg of natural Bromelain per capsule and is suitable for vegetarians.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, with or between meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
