Bee propolis, also known as bee glue, is a brownish resinous substance collected by bees, mainly from poplar and conifer buds, and used to seal their hives. This complex substance contains more than 150 compounds including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and a rich variety of potent flavonoids, polyphenols and terpenes that support the immune system.*
