One micro tablet of our dual-action B-12 provides 2,000 mcg (or 33,333% RDA) of Vitamin B-12 from Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin – both biologically active forms of B-12 in the body.

Suggested Use / Directions:
Use only as directed. Dissolve one ActivMelt™ micro tablet on or under the tongue daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
