AMLA-C is a natural form of Vitamin C sourced from the Amla fruit, also known as Indian Gooseberry. This wholefood source of vitamin C also contains naturally occurring bioflavonoids and important nutrients beyond ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development, and repair of all body tissues. Vitamin C is a great antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and functions to recycle vitamin E and glutathione.
