Suggested Use:
Adults (50 years and older): take 2 capsules daily. 1 time per day. Vitamin D and Calcium supplements should also be taken if dietary intake is inadequate, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. For best absorption, take strontium at least 2 hours apart from calcium.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable grade).
Caution:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, have or are at high risk for blood clots, heart disease and/or circulatory problems. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner in case of rash or hypersensitivity reaction as this may be a sign of a serious reaction (e.g. DRESS or Stevens Johnson Syndrome).
