used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (in case of mental and physical fatigue related stress); 
used in TCM to strengthen the and tonify QI; 
a concentrated mushroom extract, dose per day = 4000 mg; 
non denaturated active ingredients;

Suggested Use / Directions:

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) two time per day with food to avoid digestive upset. For palatability, required dosage may be taken with a small quantity of honey. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
