PROGEST, Naturally Bio-identical & USP Micronized

Suggested Use / Directions:

Massage 1/8 teaspoon (10 mg) to 1/4 teaspoon (20 mg) to thin skinned areas such as inner forearms, breastbone, neck, and inner thighs. Use morning and night. Wash hands after application and avoid direct sun exposure to the area until fully absorbed.

Each pump is about 1/4 teaspoon which provides 20 mg of natural Progesterone. Menstruating Women: Begin on day 12 of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow).

Continue through day 25, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
