Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do crush, mix, or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
