Description
A premenstrual formula containing herbs to support the menstrual cycle. Chasteberry is used in herbal medicine to help relieve PMS and as a hormone normalizer to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities. Black cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
Suggested Use / Directions:
Adult women: Take 1 capsule daily beginning when PMS symptoms typically appear or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For periodic use only.

Vegetable magnesium stearate in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Also contains: Non‑GMO maltodextrin (used in small amounts for the production of certain extracts).
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection; if you are taking prescription medication; or if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives, or hormone replacement therapy. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
