OsteoBase includes 300 mg of elemental calcium and 300 mg of elemental magnesium per serving, with multiple forms of calcium to ensure maximum absorption.
Recommended Dose Adults: Take 3 capsules per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
