With 150mg of EPA+300mg DHA plus 500 IU of vegan vitamin D3 sourced from lichen, NutraVege Kids is 100% vegetarian and vegan-friendly. NutraVege Kids omega-3 helps to support the maintenance of good health, brain development and function, and supports healthy bones & teeth. It's also beneficial in the development of the eyes and nerves in children 1 to 12 years old. Just one teaspoon (5ml) a day in a yummy citrus punch flavour your kids will love.
