MQ-7+D3 contains vitamin D3 and menaquinone-7 (MK-7), the most bioavailable form of vitamin K used for prevention of soft tissue calcification and CVD, increasing the bone mineral density, and promoting healthy platelet function.

MK-7 is a natural, bioavailable form of vitamin K2 commonly found in fermented soy.
It only requires 1/1000 dosage of MK-7 compared to MK-4 to reach the therapeutic effect on bone health - minimizing the risk of interaction with blood thinning medications.
Combination of the two most important vitamins for bone mineralization.
