• Inhibitory neurotransmitter precursors are extremely effective in decreasing the speed of the nervous system. Promoting the synthesis of major inhibitory neurotransmitters is accomplished with the nutritional support of the amino acid building blocks and the necessary vitamin and mineral precursors. MetaCalm includes GABA, 5-HTP, theanine, taurine, and inositol along with P-5-P, methylcobalamin, folate, magnesium glycinate, zinc, and selenium to encourage relaxation of the central and peripheral nervous system.*
