Each ¼ level teaspoon contains 290 mg elemental magnesium (from 500 mg magnesium oxide). This pure magnesium oxide powder is an effective way to deliver 58% elemental magnesium. Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults, adolescents, and children 9+: Mix ¼ level teaspoon of powder into at least ¾ cup of cold water or clear liquid. Take once daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
