Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults take 4 capsules daily, as a dietary supplement. Doses can be divided, or taken as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Vitamin C (as Ascorbyl Palmitate) ... 10mg
Magnesium (as Dimagnesium Malate) ... 500mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, modified cellulose & croscarmellose sodium (Plant-based insoluble fibers used to achieve Sustained Release Technology), ascorbyl palmitate & silicon dioxide (synergistic anti-caking agents), micro wax (exterior coating).

Should not be used if tamper-evident seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
