Elderberry SAP

NFH Elderberry SAP provides high-quality elderberry fruit for optimal cold and flu support. Elderberries are high in fibre, calcium, iron, and phosphorus. Elderberry is used in folk medicine for colds, fever, and coughs, and to boost the immune system.

Used in Herbal Medicine to promote sweating (diaphoretic) to help relieve fever and to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup of the respiratory tract.

All ingredients listed for all Elderberry SAP lot numbers have been tested by an ISO 17025–accredited third-party laboratory for identity, potency, and purity.

Suggested Use / Directions:
Stir well.
Adults and adolescents 14 and over: Take two 1 ml servings three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Adolescents 10–13 years old: Take one 1 ml serving three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children 5–9 years old: Take one ½ ml serving three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children 2–4 years old: Take one ⅓ ml serving three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
