Suggested use:
Adults - Take one (1) softgel per day with an adequate intake of calcium or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin) Equivalent to 62.5mcg ... 2500IU
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Organic virgin coconut oil (yielding 65-75% medium chain triglycerides)*, glycerin, purified water, bovine gelatin.
