Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help temporarily relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness. Used in Herbal Medicine to help support cognitive function such as mental focus and mental stamina.


Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Avoid taking before bedtime.
