Vitamin and mineral supplement that helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums and in connective tissue formation. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. 

Suggested Use / Directions:

Adults take 1 capsule daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by your health care professional.
