Hold applicator tube at wide end and insert narrow end of applicator into the vagina. Squeeze product at wide end of tube. Discard tube after use. For convenience, apply VRS before bed. For simple application, insert the solution while laying down and wear a thin panty liner to absorb any excess liquid.

Standard:

Use one tube VRS every 2-3 days until the first box is complete. Follow with one box every 6 weeks, using one tube weekly to maintain results.

Intensive:

Use one tube of VRS daily for 6 days, then follow with one tube every 2-3 days.
