TheAva is a novel combination of two important nutrients L-theanine (Suntheanine®) and Kava kava (Piper methysticum) root (std. 30% kavalactones). TheAva is typically used for anxiousness and nervousness or replaying events of the day and perseveration.* This is preferred with no food cravings, and significant feelings of anxiousness.
