Suro Breathe

Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve excess mucous of the upper respiratory passages (anti-catarrhal); and to help relieve the symptoms of bronchitis of the upper respiratory tract (anti-catarrh). 

Suggested Use / Directions:
Adult: take 1 Tbsp (15 mL) 4 times per day.

Do not use while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care provider if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop using and consult a health care provider if you have symptoms of dizziness, mental confusion, weakness or muscle pain, irregular cardiac rhythm and/or difficulty breathing. Do not use if you suffer from heart, kidney or liver disease, hypertension or hypotension, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face or feet) or if you are using products containing diuretics. A hypersensitivity or allergy may manifest if so stop using. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 60 days. Shake well before use.
