Certified Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogenic herb which has been shown to support adrenal function and protect against occasional stress and anxiety. Certified Organic California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is a traditional calming nervine included for parasympathetic support.

Certified Organic Catnip (Nepeta cataria) contains the terpene nepetalactone and iridoid glycosides, both credited with calming and relaxing effects on the nervous system. Certified Organic Lavender (Lavendula officinalis) essential oils are credited with mood balancing effects due to activity on serotonin receptors.

African Snake Root (Rauwolfia serpentina) contains alkaloids, which act via the central nervous system to support a healthy balanced sympathetic and parasympathetic response.
