MegaFood Ashwagandha Complex features Sensoril® ashwagandha, clinically shown to maintain healthy cortisol levels to help support the body's response to stress and reduce feelings of occasional anxiousness. With an adaptogenic herb blend of schisandra berries, astragalus root and holy basil leaf. 

Suggested Use:
Adults take 2 tablets daily with a beverage. May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, hypromellose.
