Our Sleep formula offers a comprehensive approach for those who suffer from sleep difficulties and poor sleep. Ingredients were selected for their unique, individual abilities to reduce the severity of common sleep issues.

Suggested Use:
Take two (2) capsules, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) herb top, 4:1 extract (200 mg*) ..... 50 mg
California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) herb top ..... 25 mg
4:1 extract (100 mg*) 
Magnesium (from 375 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate) ..... 75 mg
* Equivalent to dry form.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Rice flour, dextrin (component of Lemon balm extract), hypromellose (vegetable capsule).

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
