Patient One Sleep Care is formulated with a blend of synergistic nutrients to promote relaxation and restful sleep. Because several botanicals included in Sleep Care have been shown to interact with the body's endocannabinoid system (ECS), this formula is part of our ECS Synergy™ series. Specifically, lemon balm, valerian and hops act as ""cannabimimetics,"" natural substances that can interact with the ECS in a similar manner to endocannabinoids or phytocannabinoids. These ECS botanicals help calm and relax the central nervous system and restore balance in the body.

Suggested Use / Directions:
Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a health practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
