Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule twice daily with 8-16 oz. of water before or between meals. The first serving is to be taking in the morning, and the second in the afternoon - ideally for 30 minutes before a low in energy. Consult your healthcare professional before starting Revolution if you are taking medication.
