Relaxation - Sleep Support

Suggested Use: For occasional stress, take 10-15 drops 2-4 times per day, or for occasional sleep support, take 20-30 drops at bedtime or as directed by your health care professional.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature between 59 and 86 F (15-30 C). Shake well before use. With the liquid dropper, add the drops to a 4-ounce glass of water (not distilled or reverse osmosis). The water should not be hot. Allow the drops to sit in the water for at least one minute before drinking. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop. Keep out of reach of children.

Valerian root extract and Uncaria tomentosa bark extract (Pentacyclic chemotype)

Other Ingredients: mineral water, ethanol (20-24%).
