Montiff’s Glycine aids in supporting gluconeogenesis. Glucogenesis is necessary for maintaining the healthy glucose balance, collagen formation, and healthy central nervous system.*

Suggested Use: Take 2-4 capsules daily with a glass of water, fruit, or vegetable juice. Do not take with dairy products. For proper metabolism take with B Vitamins, and Montiff B-Complete or B-long are recommended.
