Description
Psyllium Complex with Bentonite contains 100% psyllium husk, as a main ingredient, and is enriched with hibiscus flowers, licorice root, cloves and bentonite clay which help give it taste and have mild anti-microbial effects.
Adults (19+): Take 1 teaspoon twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with at least 60 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Drink immediately and maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12–24 hours after the first dose; results may take 2–3 days. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
Duration of use: Avoid long-term use and consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
