There is 20mg of USP Progesterone per 1/4 teaspoon of Pro-Gest and 450mg of USP Progesterone per ounce.
Ingredients include USP Progesterone, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, Safflower Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil. Also, its paraben-free.
No Parabens, mineral oil, petroleum or animal anything. Never tested on animals.
Suggested Use: Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream into your skin twice daily. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy-Whatever you like.
