Suggested Use:
Adults (18 years and over): Take 1 capsule one to three times daily with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
