Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults (19 years and older) take 2 softgel capsules 1-2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take with a meal or food, a few hours before or after if you are taking supplements containing iron, copper, calcium or zinc. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.

Organic Oregano (Oregano essential oil) (leaf) (55% to 70% carvacrol) ... 37.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
sunflower oil*, gelatine*, tocopherols.

WARNINGS

Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to fish (capsule), or in case of hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to herbs of the Lamiaceae family, such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage and thyme. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular disorders, coagulation, diabetes, stomach ulcers or inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract, hypertension, epilepsy, allergy risk or if you are taking anticoagulant or anti-platelet medication. Do not exceed recommended dose. Prolonged use may cause irritation of the gastrointestinal mucosa. In this case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep in a cool, dry place away from light.
