Each capsule contains:
Indole-3-Carbinol	150 mg
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.)	50 mg 10:1 leaf extract equivalent to 500 mg of rosemary

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (veg), and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: To support healthy estrogen metabolism and support a healthy metabolite ratio.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
