Melatonin is naturally produced in the body. Melatonin supports a healthy sleep-wake cycle and normal circadian rhythms. Melatonin may be beneficial in settings of travel related sluggishness, occasional sleeplessness, or altered sleep schedules due to shift work.*

Suggested Use:
