Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin and mineral supplement (with iron) along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting due to high iron intake. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
