Fx Dream is a synergistic combination of 3 mg of melatonin and 100 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) per serving to help promote the brain’s ability to relaxand rest.*  Melatonin is a hormone that is produced by the brain to regulate sleep by controlling the body’s circadian rhythms. The 5-HTP works alongside melatonin to help promote healthy neurotransmitter function that may support our body’s ability to maintain a balanced mood, support overall relaxation and rest, and promote healthy immune system function.

Suggested Use:

Consume one square of Fx Chocolate® Dream once per day 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Not to exceed recommended dose.
