Collagen Recover helps reduce knee joint pain associated with activity or induced by physical stress in individuals with activity-related discomfort. Helps improve knee joint pain in young athletes and reduces joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Source of essential and branched-chain amino acids involved in muscle and protein synthesis. Assists in the building of lean muscle tissue when combined with regular weight or resistance training and a healthy balanced diet.

Suggested Use:
Adults - Mix one (1) scoop in one (1) to two (2) cups of liquid, one (1) time per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For joint pain associated with osteoarthritis, use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effect. For knee joint pain associated with activity, use for minimum of 12 weeks to see beneficial effects.
