Each tablet contains:
Calcium (calcium citrate)	200 mg
Magnesium (magnesium oxide)	150 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Recommended Use: Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Caution: Do not use if perma seal is missing.
