Suggested Use / Directions:
First 2 weeks: 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. After the first 2 weeks: 1 capsule 2 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Water-soluble pumpkin seed extract (Cucurbita pepo) ... 262 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate(lubricant), silica.

Consult a health care practitioner in cases of blood in the urine or acute urine retention, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children. Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not take if you are allergic to Curcubita species. Do not use if seal is broken.
