Black Cohosh SAP

Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa) is native to Canada and the United States. It has been used traditionally in herbal medicine as a calmative, and to support healthy muscle and joint pain management. Black cohosh has also been used traditionally to help manage menopause and premenstrual symptoms. The health promoting effects of black cohosh can be attributed to its high content of triterpene glycosides.*

Suggested Use: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
