Bilberry

Bilberry is rich in Vitamin C. The anthocyanidins are responsible for the major action of Bilberry. Among them, we find a vitamin P action. It is known that Vitamin P does not correspond to a chemically defined vitamin, but is a group of properties which provide vascular, capillary and venous protection. This protection acts on two levels; it increases the capillary resistance and decreases the capillary permeability. Bilberry berries are rich in carbohydrates, tannin, and Vitamin A and C. Bilberry is an astringent and has antibacterial action on the intestines.

Suggested Use: One vegetable capsule twice daily, or more, as directed by a health care professional.
