Each bottle of the Lidtke supplements has been carefully crafted and packed that includes a clear piece of cellophane as the bottle filler, so that capsules do not shake around and break.  After numerous customers complained about cotton, this was the best solution.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule two (2) or three (3) times daily.
