I'm Dr. Tisha Benoit, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with more than 25 years of experience in integrative and functional wellness. My work focuses on women's hormonal health, metabolism, healthy aging, stress, fatigue, and nervous system regulation.
Many of the women I work with know something feels off, even when they've been told everything looks "normal": stubborn weight gain, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, or hormonal changes. My approach combines functional lab testing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, nutrition, nervous system regulation, breathwork, hypnosis, and emerging longevity therapies to understand what's driving the pattern.
I'm not interested in giving you an impossible routine or a cabinet full of supplements. My goal is to identify the highest impact changes and create a clear path forward. When I'm not working, you can find me in a Pilates class, traveling, or walking my Italian Greyhounds, Bella and Cooper.
