How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can track your package.

You can also login to Fullscript to locate your tracking information by following these steps:

1. Sign in to Fullscript
2. Open the user menu located in the right-hand corner of your screen by clicking on your name or the user menu icon
3. Click Past Orders from the menu
4. Find the order you would like to track in your past orders
5. Click Track Package

I didn’t receive an email with my tracking information in my inbox, what do I do?

If the email wasn’t delivered to your inbox, you may want to check that it wasn’t delivered to your junk folder and that you’re looking in the correct email account. Order updates will be sent to the email address used to create your Fullscript account.

If you’ve deleted your shipping notification email, can’t locate it, or just want to access your tracking information, you can login to Fullscript and pull it from the source.

To view the tracking information of an order that has been processed:

1. Sign in to Fullscript
2. Open the user menu located in the right-hand corner of your screen by clicking on your name or the user menu icon.
3. Click ‘Past Orders’ from the menu
4. Find the order you would like to track in your past orders
5. Click ‘Track Package’

I didn’t receive my tracking information by email and it’s not available in my Past Orders. How can I track my package?

In the case where your tracking information is not available in your shipment confirmation email or in your Past Orders, please feel free contact our support team for assistance. There may have been an error receiving the tracking information from our warehouse when your order was processed or it could be that your product(s) have not yet shipped.

Our support team will be happy to clarify the status of your order by chat, email, or phone.

My tracking information shows that my package has been returned to sender. What do I do?

The tracking history provided by the courier will usually provide us with insight on why a package was returned to sender. If your order has been returned to sender due to a problem with the address, or a damage to the package, please contact our Customer Success team for assistance.

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers for a single order?

It’s possible to have multiple tracking numbers for a single order when your order is a split shipment, a backordered product that has been sent separately, or if multiple warehouses are fulfilling your order.

We will send you an email with your tracking information whenever a portion of your order has been processed and shipped.

My tracking information shows that my package was delivered, but I don’t have it. What do I do?

First, we recommend taking a look around the property and asking any other occupants at your address who could have received or picked up the package for you already. If you live in an apartment building, you may want to check with the office/front desk as couriers may leave packages there for you. If you live in a house, check your entrances and your mailbox for your package. Some orders can be shipped in packaging small enough to be left in your mailbox and may not need to be left outside of your door.
