Will Canada Post strike?

We don’t know. It could go until the 11th hour on September 25th, or they may extend the negotiations and delay a strike into October. Either way, we are taking precautions to prevent service disruptions at no additional cost to Fullscript patients.

Why isn’t my shipping free if my order is over $50?

For our customers in the USA, standard shipping will always be free with orders over $50 before applicable shipping and taxes. Priority shipping is offered at a reduced rate of $4.95. Please see the shipping charge table above for more information regarding available shipping options and applicable charges.

What exactly is a business day?

A business day is consideredto be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Holidays and weekends are not considered a business day.

I made an error entering my billing/shipping address, what should I do?

If an error has been made entering your billing or shipping address, please contact our Support team by phone as quickly as possible to request a correction.

For our US customers, Fullscript will ship your order to the State dependent on the zip code entered. If the State and zip code do not align, the State will be overridden to match the zip code that has been provided. Be sure to confirm that your zip code is correct before placing your order to minimize the risk of your order being lost in transit or delayed.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Absolutely! During the checkout process you will be asked to input the billing address that matches the address of the method of payment you are charging the order to. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, remove the selection from the checkbox that is labeled “Use as Shipping Address” on the Billing/Shipping Address step. Additional address fields for your ship-to address will then be displayed.

Can I ship my order to an international address?

Currently, orders can only be shipped to residents of Canada or the United States. All orders must be shipped to an address in the same country where the referring practitioner is located as we do not support international shipping at this time.

To clarify, orders placed from a US dispensary must be shipped to an address within the US. Similarly, orders placed through a Canadian dispensary must be shipped to a Canadian address.

Certain couriers won’t deliver to my address. Can I request a specific courier for my order?

Preferred couriers cannot be requested at time of checkout. Your courier is dependent on the products that were ordered, the shipping method selected, and the inventory levels of products across our warehouses.

Can I request a signature on delivery for my order?

This is not available for our US customers as this is not a service offered by all of our couriers.

Our Canadian customers can request that a signature be required upon delivery. To do so, select the “Require Signature” checkbox on the shipping method selection page during the checkout process.

Will Fullscript ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to a PO Box of your choosing. Input the PO Box address as your shipping address during the checkout process for delivery to your PO Box.

Please note, overnight shipping is not available to PO Boxes at this time.

Why is priority shipping suggested for heat-sensitive products?

A heat-sensitive item is any product that may be compromised by high temperatures or long-term heat exposure. Many different products can be considered heat-sensitive and the concern with exposure can be quite variable.

We recommend priority shipping to reduce the amount of time that your product will be in transit. Some products are more sensitive to heat than others, and may be affected differently.

When should I order my heat sensitive items to ensure a short amount of time in transit?

Our estimated shipping dates do not consider weekends or holidays and can impact the length of time it takes for your order to be delivered to you. To minimize time in transit, we recommend placing orders containing heat-sensitive products between Friday* (after 3pm EST) and Tuesday** (before the 3pm EST cutoff time).

*Orders placed after Friday’s cutoff time and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
** Orders placed on Tuesdays before 3pm EST with priority shipping will be picked and processed same day with delivery by end of day Friday or earlier.

What is the order cutoff time?

The order cutoff time should be considered when placing your order as it can affect the estimated arrival time. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday – Friday will be picked and processed the same day, whereas orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Why should I place my order before the order cutoff time?

Orders placed before the order cutoff time are picked and processed the same day. Because of this, the first business day following the date of your order will count as the first business day in the estimated arrival time window. This can reduce the amount of time your order is in transit and reduce the length of time it will take to receive your products.

How will I know when to expect the delivery of my order?

Fullscript will display an estimated arrival time beside each available shipping option on the shipping method selection page during the checkout process. This window will display the earliest and latest date your order is expected to arrive.

When your order has shipped, you will also receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track the progress of your shipment. Your tracking information is also available from your Past Orders page, accessible by logging into your Fullscript account.

If I place an order with overnight shipping, am I guaranteed to receive my order the following day?

Orders placed before the 3pm EST order cutoff time will be picked and processed the same day. This means that orders placed with overnight shipping before this cutoff time will be delivered the following business day by end of day.

Please note, orders placed on Fridays with overnight shipping before the 3pm EST cutoff time will be delivered the following Monday by end of day due to the weekend.
