Refunds and Returns

If you need to return any products you have purchased from Fullscript, give us a call or email and we will get the process started. Please include your order number and the products that need to be returned.

The products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. Unfortunately we can not accept any heat-sensitive or perishable products for return.

Though we do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, we are able to issue a full refund for the product cost, waiving a 25% return processing fee.

After the package is received by our warehouse, and the return is verified, we will be notified within 1- 3 weeks to apply the refund to your original method of payment. Please note, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, once the refund is applied.

Adverse Reactions

If you suffer from an adverse reaction from any of our supplements, please call us right away! We have a special process for returns that caused an adverse reaction.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Orders are processed very quickly once confirmed; we are unable to cancel or adjust an order after it has been placed. However, if an error or mistake has occurred, you can always contact our Support team for a solution.
