What is Fullscript’s return policy?

We are happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable and have been purchased within the last 30 days. You will need to contact our support team for an RMA number required for your return. The RMA is the number our warehouse uses to track returns and will aid in processing your refund.

Where do I return a product I ordered?

The return address is dependent on the product(s) you are returning from you order. Our support team will provide you with the return address when you request your RMA number.

How will my refund be issued?

We will apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return is processed. It can take 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our warehouse.
Once your refund is applied, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

How long will it take for my refund to appear in my bank account?

It can take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank. For refunds instigated by a return, it can take 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our warehouse. Your return must be received before your refund is applied.

Can I request a return shipping label to send my products back?

Although we do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, we will issue a full refund for the product cost and waive the applicable restocking fee.

I experienced an adverse reaction from one of the products I purchased from Fullscript. Can I return this product?

If you suffer from an adverse reaction from any of our supplements, please call us right away. We have a special process for returns that have caused an adverse reaction.
