What is Fullscript’s return policy?

We are happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable and have been purchased within the last 30 days. You will need to contact our Customer Success team for an RMA number that is required for your return. This RMA number is how our warehouse will track and identify the return, and will aid in processing your refund.

If there is an item you have purchased that you need to return, please reach out to us by email, chat, or phone to get the return process started.

Where do I return a product I ordered?

The return address is dependent on the product(s) you are returning from you order. Our Customer Success team will provide you with the return address when you request your RMA number.

How will my refund be issued?

We will apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return is processed. It can take 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our warehouse. Once your refund is applied, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

How long will it take for my refund to appear in my bank account?

It can take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

For refunds initiated by a product return, it may take 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our warehouse. All returns will be confirmed by email once your return has been received. We must receive your return before your refund can be applied.

Can I request a return shipping label to send my products back?

Although we do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, we will issue a full refund for the product cost and waive all restocking fees.

I experienced an adverse reaction from one of the products I purchased from Fullscript. Can I return this product?

If you suffer from an adverse reaction from any of your Fullscript purchases, please contact us right away. We have a special process for reporting these instances that requires specific information from you regarding your purchase.
