How do I know if I have an account?
If your prescriber has created a prescription for you already, you will have been sent an email or text with this link inside. It may be addressed to you from Fullscript so be sure to check your junk mail! You just need to choose a password once you follow that link!

Need to create an account? Talk to your prescriber today and ask for their custom link! HINT: They may have a button on their website!

2. Once you’ve successfully logged in, you will see your most recent prescription or recommendation from your practitioner. From here, you have two options:

  1. Fill Your Prescription – Order ALL of the suggested items in the suggested quantities, as entered by your practitioner.
  2. Add to Cart – This allows you to select which items you’d like to order at this time.

We’re going to add our entire prescription to the cart, which brings us to this:

Now, we can proceed to checkout! If you added your items individually, you’ll need to click on the cart symbol in the top right.

3. Once you’ve clicked the cart or “Proceed to checkout”, you will be able to review your cart. This is a good time to double check all of your products and quantities. Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. On the right, you will have a cart subtotal (does not include taxes or shipping costs). In this situation, our order is high enough to qualify for free shipping! If it isn’t, there will be a memo letting you know how far away you are from unlocking the free shipping. When you’re 100% sure that everything is ready to go, click “Proceed to Checkout”

4. Now you will be prompted to enter the Billing Address for your card. If this is your first order, this screen will be blank. Once you’ve placed an order (over the phone or online) your information will save for next time

If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, click this box and you will be prompted to enter a Billing Address. It is very important to double check these before moving to the next step, as no changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

Once everything has been entered correctly, click “Save and Continue”

5. Now we can choose our shipping method! There are three important points to double check:

  1. Shipping Method – There are 3 shipping options:
    – Standard Shipping (4-7 business days)
    – Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)
    – Overnight (next business day)The system will default to priority shipping, so make sure you’ve selected the correct method, especially if you’re trying to use a free standard shipping credit. Please see the Shipping FAQ
  2. Shipping Cut-off – For your order to be processed on the same day, it needs to be submitted by 3 pm EST
  3. Canadian orders-Make sure if you do NOT want a signature, you uncheck this box. This will allow the courier to leave the package for you, instead of you having to pick it up or wait for a second delivery attempt. If there are any other comments (leave on porch, leave in mailbox, etc) you can put these here. Note: We cannot guarantee that couriers will honour these requests

Once everything is entered correctly, click “Save and Continue”

6. This brings you to the payment information screen. If you’ve placed an order before, your card will be saved on file. If this is your first order, you will be prompted to enter your card number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Once this is entered, click Continue.

7. This brings us to the confirmation page. Before you place your order, please confirm that the Billing Address, Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Payment Information, and Products are correct. Once you place an order, no changes or cancellations can be made. Once you are sure everything is correct, click Place Order!

8. Congratulations! You’ve successfully placed your order!

On this last page, you can download your receipt for tax/insurance purposes. You can check the status of this order in the Past Orders tab.
