Super Immunity + Heart Health Olive Leaf Extract Capsules

2 capsules, once daily

These potent capsules contain a standardized olive leaf extract. Olive leaf extract has been shown through several human clinical studies to support blood pressure lowering. (1)(2)

Super Antioxidant EVOO Liquid

30 mL, throughout the day cooking and on salads

EVOO is a staple in the Mediterranean diet, and for good reason. EVOO has been shown to support blood pressure reductions, (3)(4)(5) cholesterol reduction, (5)(6)(7) and many other markers of heart health. A couple of tablespoons a day goes a long way!

Complementary ingredients:

BP Grape Seed Extract

300 mg, once daily

As an olive grower, we have great respect for other companies taking an interest in polyphenol-rich plants, and grape seed extract is a great source of polyphenols with serious heart health benefits. The company that makes Meganatural BP Grape Seed Extract has studied this unique ingredient that comes from wine production and shown that it has benefits for supporting blood pressure levels. (7)(8) It is a perfect complement to our Wellgrove Super Immunity + Heart Health Olive Leaf Extract.

Hibiscus tea

1 cup, 1-3 times daily

Hibiscus tea is not only a deliciously refreshing beverage, it is great for blood pressure support, (10)(11) among other health benefits. The bright red tisane made with hibiscus tea has a tart, cranberry-like flavor, making it a lovely way to help your blood pressure!

Supplemental Material

Supplemental materials have been provided by Wellgrove for the purpose of this protocol
  1. Adopt a DASH diet eating pattern. The DASH diet is a proven way to reduce your blood pressure and focuses on including lots of fruits and vegetables in your meals, while reducing sodium intake.
  2. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Regular physical activity has been shown to reduce blood pressure and is easy. A half-hour per day can make a huge difference.
  3.  If you smoke, quit! Smoking cigarettes significantly increases your risk of heart disease.
  4. Keep up with your doctors appointments and blood work.
  5. Don’t get overwhelmed by feeling like you have so much work to do. Take it one day at a time because little changes really add up over time. Improving your health is worth it!
