Each full press of the pump provides 20 mg USP progesterone plus evening primrose oil and antioxidants. Formulated to contain 480 mg USP progesterone per ounce.

Apply 1 full press of the pump once daily. Rub into chest, abdomen, inner arms or thighs, rotating area each time. Cycle 25 days on/5 days off for the duration of needed support
Each full press of the pump provides 15 mg DHEA per pump plus aloe vera, vitamin E, and MSM.
